Negotiating Communally
While male (or masculine) negotiators may win the battle but lose the war for their competitiveness and approach that is unsympathetic relationships, ladies may suffer on both accounts — dilemmas and relationships — because concentrating on their particular requirements causes other people to look at them as bossy and aggressive.
